I am student at a german university. I am going to write my diploma-thesis about Software Asset Management and I'll implement SAM in a company.
Right now I have trouble finding literature. Could anyone name me books, papers or essays about SAM and SAM-regarding toppics?
Some buzz- and keywords would also help my search.
The only thing I found so far is "Software Asset Management" form the Office of Government Commerce inlondon. Whichis a best practise guide based on ITIL.
Would be nice if anyone could help. Thanks a lot Jan
